2012 SEMINARS & RETREATS

This years seminars and workshops will center on developing the relationship between Taoist Meditation, Cat Walking, Chi Kung and Tai Chi Ch'uan. The seminars will work more from the inside to the outside, rather than from the outside (form) to inside (energetics) as is typically taught. The seminars will incorporate spinal chi kung, Master Wang's chi kung, Wu and Yang style Tai Chi Ch'uan, Taoist meditation and interactive practices.
